Code Of Conduct

Larimer County and Oak View Group are committed to creating and maintaining a safe and family-friendly sports and entertainment experience at Blue Arena. Any behavior disregarding the code of conduct as determined by facility management can result in ejection and possible arrest by a Larimer County Sheriff. The following guidelines have been established regarding fan conduct:
- Fans will be treated in a consistent, professional and courteous manner by all Blue Arena staff and building personnel.
- Our fans' experience will not be disrupted by unruly actions or behaviors of others. Fans should report any inappropriate behavior to the nearest usher, security guard, or arena staff member.
- Fans will enjoy an entertainment experience free from foul and abusive language, obscene gestures, or incident behaviors.
- Fans wearing obscene or indecent clothing will not be admitted into the arena. Display of any obscene or indecent messages on signs is not allowed.
- Fans will consume any alcoholic beverages in a responsible manner. Those appearing intoxicated will be denied entry or will be subject ejection from the arena.
- Fans will refrain from interfering with the progress of the game, going onto the field of play, or throwing any object on the arena premises.
- Fans will refrain from harassing, taunting or using offensive language against the players, referees, performers, other guests or staff or acting in a bullying manner to intimidate other fans or employees of Blue Arena including verbal abuse.
- Fans will refrain from fighting or challenging others to fight while on the premises.
- Fans will sit only in their ticketed seats and show their tickets when requested.
- Fans will refrain from standing on chairs/seats/railings at any time.
- Fans will comply with requests from staff regarding arena operations and emergency response procedures.
- Smoking is permitted in designated areas only.
- Fans will abide by all Blue Arena rules, regulations, and policies.
- Fans will abide by all local, state, and federal laws.
We value your enthusiasm, but ask that all fans exercise good judgment and observe this "Code of Conduct". Please observe the rights of others by displaying appropriate decorum and behavior. Fans must adhere to the code of conduct provisions or they will be subject to ejection without refund, revocation of season tickets, asked not to return to Blue Arena, and may also be in violation of state statutes resulting in possible arrest and prosecution. Larimer County or Oak View Group management reserves the right to deny entry or eject patrons from the facility including Guests displaying inappropriate behavior, as determined by facility/event management.

How can I purchase tickets?

Tickets may be purchased at the OCR Box Office inside the Blue Arena 10 am - 5pm Monday - Friday. Or online at www.TREventscomplex.com 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Cash, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover and debit cards with any of the preceding card logos are acceptable forms of payment. A valid ID must be presented with all credit card sales. Personal and business checks will NOT be accepted. Cash is the preferred payment for concerts. Remember, that once tickets are purchased, all sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges.

How do I get will call?

Tickets already paid for but not received and complimentary tickets are available at Blue Arena Will Call window located at the OCR Box Office on the west side of Blue Arena. Will call is available one hour prior to the event and only the patron whose name is on the tickets may pick up the tickets with a valid ID card as identity verification. Tickets or passes left by touring personnel usually arrive in the box office approximately one hour before the event start time. Unfortunately, Blue Arena personnel has no way of knowing who is to receive tour personnel tickets until they are delivered to the box office.

How do I order wheelchair or other accessible seating?

Accessible seating is available for all events at Blue Arena. Blue Arena is equipped with elevators as well as special seating areas to accommodate your needs. Parking is available directly in front of the main entrance of the Blue Arena. Accessible Seating can be purchased online at www.bluefcuarena.com or in person at the OCR box office.
It is recommended that accessible seating is purchased in advance so that our staff can best recommend how to serve your needs.

Do I need a ticket for my child?

Discounted ticket prices for children are sometimes available for various shows. Age restrictions and the amount of discount vary by the event and are at the discretion of the touring act. Children under 2 are typically admitted free to Blue Arena so long as they are seated on the lap of an adult. Policies differ from show to show so please check www.TREventscomplex.com for specific show information.

How do I find out about events as they go on sale?

The marketing department announces events through the local media with press releases and information on our website and social media accounts (@BlueFCUArena). A great way to get inside information on upcoming ticket sales information is through our Cyber Club. Sign up for Cyber Club - HERE.

What if I don't receive my tickets in the mail, or I lose them or they are stolen?

If tickets are lost, stolen, or not received in the mail, you should immediately contact the OCR Box Office at 970-619-4111.

What happens if an event is cancelled or rescheduled?
-
In the event that a performance is canceled or rescheduled, information is immediately sent to the local media for distribution and placed on the Blue Arena website and event line. Please be aware that the best way for us to contact you is if you provide your email address and/or phone number to us when purchasing tickets. If an event is canceled, and you purchased your tickets directly from Blue Arena, your credit card will automatically be refunded. Any questions, please call 970-619-4111.

What is the difference between adult and adult club tickets?

Tickets in our club seat sections Q, R, and S are subject to a slight premium surcharge due to their added amenities of a padded seat and prime seating location inside the arena.

What are the COVID-19 guidelines?

Currently there are no COVID-19 restrictions to enter the Blue Arena or any facility on The Ranch Campus

The Ranch Venues

Where is The Ranch located?
-
The Ranch is located directly adjacent to I-25, just North of Highway 34, in Loveland, Colorado. To reach The Ranch, exit I-25 at Crossroads Blvd., Exit 259. Travel East 1 mile to Fairgrounds Avenue (County Road 5) and go North to the entrance. The address is 5280 Arena Circle Loveland, CO 80538.

Where are the Administration Offices for The Ranch located?

The Ranch Event, Catering and Administration Departments are Located just inside the Pedersen Toyota Center. For appointments, please use our one-hour parking spaces available in the Permit Parking Lot adjacent to the building.
Blue Arena Staff is located in the Events Center. A front desk attendant will assist you as you enter the building.

Can I stall my horse overnight if I am passing through town?
-
To protect our clients and the welfare of their animals, we do not offer stalling not associated with an event. There are various local horse hotels located nearby.

Are the outdoor arenas open for public use?

The Ranch's outdoor arenas are open for public use during daylight hours unless they have specifically been rented by an event. Please note, the arenas may not be properly groomed each day.

Can I camp overnight in my RV if I am passing through town?
-
RV and dry camping is offered only to those associated with an event on campus. There are various hotels located just off I-25 and Crossroads blvd and camping ground within 3 miles of the complex.

Can I bring in my own onsite caterer for my event?

The Ranch features an onsite caterer, OVG Hospitality. No outside caterers are permitted on campus.

Are dogs allowed on campus and in the buildings?
-
Well behaved dogs on leashes are allowed only outdoors please. Dogs are not allowed in the Pedersen Toyota Center, MAC Equipment Inc. Indoor Arena or Blue Arena unless they are specific for an event or a license service pet. Please clean up after your pet.
