Arena & Youth Hockey Facility

As part of Phase 2, the Pedersen Toyota Center would undergo a transformation into a three-rink practice facility dedicated to youth hockey. The renovation will include locker rooms, a lobby, weight rooms, and a café, offering athletes and families a premier training space. This addition will strengthen Larimer County’s commitment to youth sports and serve as a valuable community asset.

Construction of a recreational sports complex.

· The Ranch team explored a new recreation sports complex with a natatorium and rather that doubling efforts we are working closely with our neighbors in Fort Collins and Loveland for public facilities. We will continue to support the development of a recreational natatorium in Larimer County either at The Ranch or at a partner facility.
